AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care at 25845 Railroad Avenue, Santa Clarita, California.

I feel bad because I recommended my brother to take his car here, they used to be a good family business. But after my last experience never again. I brought my car in for a timing belt replacement. Max at the front is deceptive and told me my total was $450 then called and said $550 then called again and said he needed to charge $50 for a gallon of coolant(he thought I didn't know anything about cars) well even the most expensive coolant costs $29.99 a gallon. When I asked him about it he said that It was a mistake but that it wouldn't matter if he fixed it cause they would make up that cost with the labor??! Every mechanic I've been to lays out the labor and parts... Period. They also promised my car the same day or early next morning, wasn't ready till 4pm and even then they didn't give me a call I had to call them, the icing on the cake was the mechanic told me when I got to my car "if It leaks just bring it back"!!?? I brought the car in for a timing belt change, it didn't leak when I brought it in, why would it leak now!!" I've been going here for 3 years sadly I'll be going right down the street to Midas, unless AAMCO does right by the customer and makes them whole again....
