Arby's at 27590 Sierra Highway, Canyon Country, Santa Clarita, California.

This place has horrible customer service. Last night I went through the drive thru while I was asking for specials I heard the employees laughing. I asked for 15 beef n cheddar when I pulled up to pay the employee still laughing he keep talking through his headset laughing about me while I was looking for my change because I had forgotten my debit card at home and my kids were hungry. When I told him I didn't have the exact change that I would go home to get my card and come back he was really rude. Made me not want to go back. I don't understand how the owner allows those types of employees ,really makes this place look bad.!

Ordered last night from the drive thru and the service was wonderful. Our cashier combined some items into meals without us asking, which saved us a good amount of money. The food tasted very good as always. This is a great Arby's location!
