Pleasantly surprised!! I recently took my 2007 Honda Civic to service for an airbag sensor related to a past recall campaign and could not have been more pleased with the service culture from every one that I encountered. Nick was my service advisor and he clearly communicated what was going on with the car with several updates during the time that I was there.

I went to several dealerships including the "2nd best in the country" and had a horrible experience. They offered a low price to get me in their door and refused to honor the price when we started filling out paperwork. Called AutoNation and they were fantastic! Were even able to match the price with no hassle. They did not have the car in their lot at the time, but found one at a different dealership and personally drove it to us. Will definitely use AutoNation again. Ask for Robin, she was amazing!!
