CVS at 24840 Orchard Village Road, Santa Clarita, California.

THIS PHARMACY IS INCOMPETENT! Pharmacy tech called for my insurance information. I returned the call, was left on hold for 4 minutes, then was disconnected by the tech who didn't call me back. I called again, on hold for 17 minutes . . . got gas, washed my car, vacuumed car. Hung up and called again, on hold again . . . drove to CVS still on hold for 18 minutes as I walked up to Pharmacist and had her transfer my Rx to another pharmacy. VON's Pharmacy who answered immediately!! I refuse to do business with this ridiculous excuse for a pharmacy!

Von's and Ralph's Pharmacy's are just down the street. Very nice people and get the job done. Being left on hold for 36 minutes is rude and disrespectful!
