Customer Service so far here as been 5 stars. The employees are very nice, helpful and professional. Rates are very reasonable. Rent in Valencia every few months and I won't go anywhere else here. Love that I use my National account too.

The customer service was fantastic, however because I was using a rental for auto service warranty they were required to provide me with the same make car I own but they only had two vehicles on the lot and they were outrageously huge compared to my compact and cost me over 20$ in gas to drive around 60 miles while
I had it. The service rep tried very hard to find me something smaller but there were no options in our immediate area.

While I understand they are required to provide me with the same make car due to their agreement with car dealership, if they're the primary rental provider they have a responsibility to keep an appropriate variety of that make car their lot.
