Purchased my 2015 Honda Fit EX-L on Feb. 23rd and was told it had heated seats. The ad also stated heated seats but the next day from taking it home I came to realize there was no such thing in my car. We emailed Kejhan who sold us the car and he never responded back to us. To top it off my car wouldn't start March 14th. I have the 30 day warranty and should have been able to get a free tow to there mechanics. But of course they couldn't do that, it's not a LEXUS CAR. Even though I purchased it from them. So we jumped my car and it started which made us believe it was a bad battery. Drive it over to them to get a new one. Well it "tested" positive. Instead of taking it home I told them to look into it to see if it was something else. It was here for two days and now it's March 17th. I'm picking it up and was the battery is actually bad and they ordered a new one. The service guy Manny said he would call me today March 17th around noon to let me know what was going on but when he told me this yesterday. Someone else called several hours later saying it was ready for pick up and nothing was wrong. Now we are waiting for the battery to be changed cause there was something wrong. Poor communication here. Nobody is on the same page. Since we are waiting I'm now trying to talk to a supervisor about my non heated seats and lack of response from my previous email last month. Still have not spoken to a supervisor. Just several different employees trying to give me a run around. This is extremely unprofessional and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE! Avoid the poor customer service and false advertisement!

So it turns out Manny from the service department is the only one who is helpful and accommodating. He changed my battery and topped off my gas for my troubles.
The rest of the company should learn from his great work ethics.

On the other note the employees I had been been dealing with didn't really help me out and now I am still unsatisfied with this experience! I stick with my previous comment stating DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!
