    Never buy from this company. I just the most ridiculous experience ever. I purchased a Nike's shoes at Store #06516 (inside the Westridge mall in Valencia, CA) for my sister's birthday on December 24. Since they did not have the shoes in stock, I've asked the shoes to be shipped to my sister's address at New Jersey. I gave the lady who was helping me my ID so there wouldn't be a mistake on the shipping address. After the purchase, there was a malfunction with the receipt printer, the some part of the receipt was cut-off. Since the clerk said she could not re-print the receipt and the order went through, I said okay and left the store. To check back on the order, I called the customer service number on December 30. When I called the service center, they asked for name and delivery address along with phone number for confirmation. I provided the information and was told that the item hasn't been shipped yet. The store hasn't even received the order. She told me, she needed to confirm with the store who was sending the shoes, but since it was too late, to call back the next morning after 10:30 am. When I purchased the shoes, I was told it would take 3-6 business days for the shoes to arrive. At this point the order is already a week late. I call today to check back and am told the item status shows as being "shipped." I confirm the address and am told that they forgot to input the apartment number. The guy tries to call the New Jersey store couple of times and am told that they are not answering the call. I ask him why the shoes hasn't been processed, and he has no answer. I also ask him if the shoes will arrive to the correct address in time and says that he doesn't know whether the address was inputted correctly.

    By this time I had it with them, and go to the store I purchased the shoes to get a refund. I explain the situation to her, and ask her to cancel the order and give me the refund. She first needs to confirm with headquarters, and after making couple of calls, tells me the shoes has been shipped. I ask for the shipping address, and of course, they forgot to input the apartment number. I ask her, if they have the shoes in stock and tells me "yes;" they just re-stocked. I ask her since they made the mistake, to either give me a replacement so I can shipped directly to my sister to make it in time for her birthday, or issue refund so I can buy the shoes elsewhere. She then makes couple more phone calls, and tells me since they were already shipped, I have to wait until the order are received back to them before they can issue replacement or refund. She tells me I need to come back most likely 3-4 weeks from now to get the replacement or refund. I ask her if the mistake was made by me, it is understandable to wait, but if the store made the mistake, why I need to that long, and go through all the trouble to come back for a refund. She just says it is the procedure.

    I've been buying items online and at the store many times, and I have never heard a company have the customer go through all this trouble for their mistake. Instead of resolving the issue, and give the customer a good impression of their company, Lady's Foot Locker is saying they don't care about the customer. Why I need to go through all this trouble for their mistake is beyond my comprehension. The shipping address was confirmed twice before delivery, and knowing that this item is not going to be delivered to the correct address, they refuse to issues a refund. Most likely it will take up to a month before this gets straighten out. And God forbids, if the item gets lost. What will they say? Since it is lost, they will not issue refund.

    NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, ORDER SHOES FROM FOOT LOCKER, UNLESS THEY HAVE IS IN STOCK!!!

    I know I am never going to go back to Foot Locker to buy shoes ever again. A company who does not provide customer service or flat out not care about customers is no company that deserves my business.

    DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T BUY FROM FOOT LOCKER!!!!
